Beyond Bricks & Bars Evaluation Launch
The Beyond Bricks & Bars (BBB) team launched their very first evaluation report to a full house, earlier this week. We stood alongside our advisory group of criminalised trans and gender diverse people, as they shared firsthand what BBB support has meant for them, and what their vision is for the project going forward.
“Just to feel valued as a human being and as a trans woman and accepted as who I am. And understanding that not everyone hated me, just for being who I was. And providing me with that support and security and that sense of value.”
